What is studio-isme?

Introducing, studio-isme. Friends, art, coffee and ideas. We are a collective of 3 ambitious creatives aiming to redefine the traditional studio space. From the 1st of June, we will be taking over the old Cyan studio space, located at Jens Bjelkes gate 13A.

As evident in our name, the studio will be whatever we, or you, need it to be to be able to execute whatever ideas come about.

We want to cultivate creativity and help bring about the next generation of creative minds in Oslo.

We officially open the new space on the 20th of June, and are excited to invite you for some drinks and a small exhibit of photographs and videos curated and shot by us.

We are proficient in English, Norwegian, and German. Feel free to talk to us in any of the three.

To start, we will be offering the following services:

Studio rental, corporate headshots, model portraits (polaroids), editorials, product images (packshots), equipment rental, exhibition space, event coverage (video and photo), film viewings

Lukas Stranger Komissar

From Haugesund, Norway. In his work, Kornelius explores deeper aspects of himself. In his work, he challenges his own thoughts about events and the people around him - by focusing primarily on mundane objects and situations.

He does not aim to find something specific in each project, but rather discovers meaning or a part of himself along the way. For example, “Untitled Close-Ups of Eyes”, a collection of close-up images of eyes, mainly of women, tells a deeper story about his experience growing up with only sisters.
